Only that seemed to matter then
Before it transformed to feelings
Which I suppose might have precipitated from accumulated thoughts of one another
See, when you find yourself constantly engaged
In thoughts of one, who you’re deeply connected to In a way that is beyond comprehensible
It means that person deserves attention
That’s what I’ve promised myself to give you —
All of me
I could try to relay to you everything
I’ve mentally duly noted
But you’re better off shown
In every way possible
Every way it is I’m able and of course, capable
It’s one thing to love someone
It’s another to cherish them
I can say I feel both
I love you because I trust you with my heart
I cherish you because I can’t stand the chance of not being yours
I wouldn’t take any risk to lose you
And I mean it
