Japan: Living Clean

At the end of last year (2023), I had the privilege to visit Japan. I touched three significant, or rather, major cities: Tokyo (the capital), Osaka, and Kyoto. I liked them in that order. By the way, who can guess where the photo was taken…?

As a regular tourist of varying countries, I made my observations and took mental notes for when the need for discussion warrants or simply for knowledge’s sake. But mostly, I was enjoying the moment, the experience, and the cities.

Japan is one of the cleanest countries there exists in the world, if not the cleanest. In fact, this is an understatement. When a place is clean, it follows that it is beautiful. Their effective transportation makes navigating the bus or train life easier even without speaking or understanding the language. I will discuss in detail in my next post. I didn’t want January to go by without having posted anything this year, so there you have it.

Japanese are self-sufficient. They are brilliant and leaders in tech. Obviously, they have no reason to flee their beloved country for reasons relating to seeking for greener pastures. You will also hardly find foreigners from third world countries living in Japan as it’s a rich country, like I said previously. Those willing to seek a better life outside their home country due to…
