Member-only story
One day, if I have a son,
I would like to narrate our tale:
How at first, I couldn’t see past your errors
But your generosity later overshadowed my view
Remember, you always used to ask me the same questions
And it only annoyed me less the more I knew you meant well
Then, I ironically became the annoying one
We’re sort of alike in a way,
In that we both contrive for similar pursuits
Then again, we’re opposites
In that we exert different levels of energy into pursuits.
Thanks for your readership, always.
